George J. Beck

George J. Beck, 91, of Maple Glen, PA passed away on November 8, 2021.

George was born in The Bronx, NY to Victoria and Aloys Beck on June 25, 1930. He married Doris Larsen on May 13, 1967, in Queens Village, NY. He worked as the Director of Manufacturing for American Bank Note for 23 years. He was involved with the Sons of Norway.

George is survived by his wife: Doris, 3 sons: Stephen, George A. (Doris C.), and Richard (Sheri), and 7 grandchildren: Phillip, Kenneth, Amanda, Ryan, Tori, Jonathan, and Cooper. George is preceded in death by his daughter Susan and brother James.

Visitation will be 12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Supplee Church, 855 East Welsh Road Maple Glen, PA 19002. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Judith Brackett of the Presbytery of Philadelphia officiating. Burial will follow at Whitemarsh Memorial Park Cemetery, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in George’s name to St. Jude’s Hospital for Children.
