George W. Illingworth Jr.

George W. Illingworth, Jr. (Wally), 76, of Bushkill, passed away on Friday, September 17 in Warminster, Pennsylvania.

George was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania to George, Sr. and Rosalyn (nee Toce) Illingworth, on January 27, 1945. He is survived by his children Laurie A. McGill (Mike), George W. Illingworth, III, and Patti Haupt (Kevin), his sister Pamela I. Jennings, and brother Timothy W. Illingworth (Senait). He had seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was known as Pop-Pop and Pop-Pop-Pop.

He had a landscaping business for many years and employed several people from Ardsley and surrounding areas.

George will always be remembered for his love of Bushkill, the outdoors, trucks, tractors, and equipment.

George’s family wants to extend their sincere thanks to the staff of Jefferson Abington Hospital and Jefferson Health Hospice with special thanks to Nurse Danielle.

Services will be private. Arrangements are by Shaeff-Myers Funeral Home in Ambler.
